About Legal 2.0

Legal 2.0’s foundations lie in the core principles set out by vLegal Limited. vLegal Limited, formed in 2002, was the brainchild of one of our directors, Raj Mahapatra. Raj had worked in a number of city law firms, both in London and in New York prior to setting up vLegal Limited and during his time as a solicitor, realised that there was a need for an interim legal management resource that would ensure that client’s commercial needs were not lost under procedure or legalese.

Through its executive team and consultants, Legal 2.0 are ideally placed to deliver to its clients a number of things such as technical expertise and knowledge, the experience of setting up a non confrontational business such as the Centre for Efficient Dispute Resolution or the knowledge of how to work with law firms in order to deliver a valuable service to our clients.
